Cherry Tree advises Amcom on its sale to 2ndWave Software, LLC

Privately-held Amcom is a provider of mission critical communications solutions for hundreds of the largest and most recognized hospitals, government organizations and corporations in the United States. Since the Company’s founding 24 years ago, Amcom’s solutions have become one of the largest providers of enabling communication solutions for doctors, nurses, military and others serving mission critical situations.
Multiple interested acquirers for Amcom were evaluated and reviewed to determine the best possible long term fit for the Company and the shareholders. With the management team’s impressive track record, 2ndWave was selected as the logical choice to continue on with Amcom’s proud legacy and reputation for innovative and reliable products, as well as the highest levels of customer service.
